Getting there

Fort Lauderdale Beach

The beach access has no street address.
Please use Google Maps and these coordinates:


Open in Google Maps
  1. Coming along Sunrise Blvd, turn left (north) onto N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd / Jimmy Buffett Mem Hwy.
  2. Now count the traffic lights. The 1st light is The Grove / Hugh Taylor Birch State Park / the tunnel — keep going.
  3. The 2nd light is where you turn in to the beach.
  4. That light and the entrance sit just south of lifeguard stand #16.

One important thing Please do not walk out onto the sand until you have found the entrance on the sidewalk.
